After looking through LifeDev, a page that list online productivity tools, I found I actually use more of them than I thought. In addition, I tried out some new ones to see if they would help me balance life and coaching. The tool I currently use the most is Google Calendar. I have multiple calendars that I share with multiple people. I have a family calendar that my family uses daily. It is set up for any of us to add to the calendar and it automatically puts the event in cell phones, desk tops and sets reminders. I also have multiple ones for work including, recruiting, weight room, and students schedules. Now I have one that is for my school. It helps remind me when items are due, it has helped me to think out my week prior to the week starting. Other items I use are Google Docs, and Pandora.
Some other items that I tried recently but have not implemented into my life yet. I have tried some fun ones just to see what those are about, I tried Dreaminder, a site that allowed me to put in a future goal and set the date and it will email you a reminder. I also looked at Bla Bla List, an online to-do list that you can share with people and help get things organized and done.
Overall, I think there are many free tools on line that can help people do many things, including organization, time management, free music or documents. I highly recommend looking at this site!
